Greetings!

The Maywood Chamber of Commerce is a not-for-profit corporation, established on July 22, 1939, whose mission is to promote economic growth and community redevelopment on behalf of its members through the forging of partnerships between citizens, local government and businesses in a manner that fosters civic pride and a sense of community.

We seek to encourage the growth of existing businesses, while urging new businesses and individuals to locate in Maywood. Most importantly, we strive to bring together the diverse elements of our community in order to support those activities which will benefit the common good.

As the Chamber celebrates its 71st year of service to the community, let us renew our pledge to redouble our efforts in carrying out the important task of restoring Maywood to pre-eminence among the communities of metropolitan Chicago - to make it an attractive place for people of all backgrounds to live, work, and play. Let us truly strive to be leaders...in the Third Millennium!
