2012 Annual Awards Banquet

The Maywood Chamber of Commerce will celebrate its 73rd Anniversary Awards Banquet on Thursday, June 21, 2012 at the Elmcrest Banquets by Bianaclana, 7370 West Grand Avenue, Elmwood Park, Illinois 60707.

The Maywood Police Cadet Drill Team, led by Reverend Rodney L. Smith, will post and retire the Colors during the Opening Ceremony.

Among the highlights of the annual event will be a Keynote Address by James F. Davidson, COO, Westlake Hospital, Melrose Park. Concluding the program will be the presentation of three major awards (Community Service, Business of the Year, and Person of the Year) by Audrey C. Jaycox, Board Chairman, and President/CEO Edwin H. Walker IV.

Reservations for the banquet should be directed to the Banquet Committee Chair, Kathleen I. Carani, at 2843 Kensington Avenue, Westchester, IL 60154, Telephone: (708) 562-8051 by Monday, June 18, 2012. All tickets must be pre-paid. No tickets will be available on the evening of the Banquet.

Refreshment Hour will begin at 6:00 p.m. and dinner will commence promptly at 6:45 p.m. Cost for the event is $60.00 per person. The event is also important, since it serves as the Chamber’s major annual fundraiser.

Display tables will be available for businesses and other organizations to highlight marketing information.
